Depending on a client’s needs and commitments, massage can be relaxing, invigorating or nourishing. However, there are limitations on what can be achieved effectively within certain timescales.
30 mins • This length of time is only recommended for emergencies, where the focus is on a specific problem; or for a short, sharp, reinvigorating, stress-buster session, concentrating either on back, neck and shoulders; or alternatively on legs, feet and joint release. 30-minute appointments are not available for home visits.
60 mins • This standard-length of appointment allows an opportunity to get into more areas of the body in more depth and to work on problem areas in more detail.
1 hour 30 mins • A full-body massage can include all or any of the following: back and shoulders; front and back of arms and hands; front and back of legs and feet; chest and abdomen; neck, head and face.

Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you have to cancel. We will try to fill your slot from a waiting list. Unfortunately, cancellations with less than 24 hours‚ notice will be charged at half rate (unless the cancellation can be filled) and those at less than 12 hours‚ notice must be charged at full rate.
